    Hello.
    I'm planning to buy a LG 25UM65 "2560 X 1080 21:9"
My question is: How my R9 280X will behave with VSR with that resolution.
My 1920x1080 monitor can go up to 2560 X 1440 with VSR. On AMD site it say that 2560 X 1440 can go up to 3200 X 1800, but since the monitor is 2560 X 1080 i dont know how it will behave.

Anyone got a similar 21:9 monitor running VSR or DSR ?
    Thanks.

I have the LG 34" curved monitor. It's 21.9 at 3440x1440 resolution. I have Nvidia and have DSR at it's maximum resolution with no issues at all. Mind you, I have the hardware that should run anything at any resolution. What I found with 21.9 aspect ratio is that anything under 34" has a very narrow viewing area in vertical. In games the picture is squeezed way too much in my opinion. The 34" however, is the perfect size both horizontal and vertical. My previous monitor was a Dell 30 incher. In games etc. the LG looks and feels just like 30 inches but much much better. Great monitor for flight and race sims as well as shooters. I was truly amazed at how much more immersive an ultra wide screen is. If I were you my friend, I would spend a little extra and get a 34" if you want wide screen and 21.9. Good luck. Let us know what you end up buying.

Yeah honestly 34" 21:9 is the only okish size, I've an lg34uc97 I pull it closer when gaming so it covers some of my peripheral. It's only the size of a 27" vertically so do consider if 25" is too small

29" version is a decent size, depends how far you sit from the monitor tbh.

I sit pretty close so 29" is the perfect size.
