I try to alt+enter, alt+tab windows botton alt+esc ecc, resize window etc.. no way, mouse pointer doesn't appear and I have to drive it following enlighted text which really annoying.
Do you have an idea?

In CCC is your anti-aliasing set to Adaptive multi sample? I had this problem in Morrowind and other older games. changing this setting to just multi-sample or super-sample fixed it.
