I was wondering from a user aspect what type of rad mounted fans in push config would work the best with low noise and high sp?? I'm currently looking into gental typhoon's, silverstone ap123, noctua nf-s12, corsair sp 120 maybe.. Heard lots of negative reviews on build quality and noise related issues.. Also I don't know much about aerocool fans but I love look of them and I have read a few positive reviews http://www.aerocool.us.. I'm building a white/theme build so any fans with white /black or black/white would be a plus because they will easily seen in my tower window..
Thx for the link, I checked them out.. Seems promising but from what I have read, aerocool and Noiseblockers are what I'm leaning towards. Both are more expensive then the Swiftech though.. Swiftech has a very nice price point that could sway me back to them and they fit my theme build quite nicely..
I really don't like the specs on those fans. Not a lot of air flow. Check these out: http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=35-553-006 More air flow and quieter. I have these now and they work great.
Trust me,the Swiftech fans have PLENTY of air flow and are very quiet. I have them on my H220 and my temps never go above 56c and I can't hear them. I have the Corsair AF series fans for air intake and exhaust for my case. Can't hear them either.
Although that link did not work for me, I know what fans you are talking about and I have to agree. I currently have 9 of those Cougars in 2 computers and they are amazing. I have 6 120mm's and 3 140mm's and they have all worked flawlessly for about 16 months now.
Sorry, I posted a link from my phone, which was for mobile site. here you go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...=cougar_120mm_case_fan-_-35-553-005-_-Product (COUGAR CF-V12HB Vortex Hydro-Dynamic-Bearing (Fluid) 300,000 Hours 12CM Silent Cooling Fan (Black)) If your case can hold it, bump it up to the 140mm, that is what I have: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...5553007&cm_re=cf-v14hb-_-35-553-007-_-Product
