    1. Open RTSS and click the wrench icon.
    2. Under Compatibility properties check:

    • Enable dedicated encoder server service (32-bit or 64-bit in drop down)
    • Enable 64-bit application support
    • In RTSS main window set application detection to low

Thanks for the info, I will be sure to give it a try as soon as I can when I get back home.

If those don't work I'd be surprised as those are the exact settings I use and the OSD works fine in FC4 for me.

Not yet, I think it might be because I use an HDMI cable and not a DVI or Display port cable. I do not have the extra cables to test this theory yet. Going to get a Display port when I get off work before heading home.

The only reason I think that might be the cause is becuase everytime I update my graphics card drivers I have to turn up the scaling, because I get the borders on my desktop with HDMI. But the scaling slider did nothing after selecting a higher forced res on my native 1080p monitor.

Pretty sure I should get a dual link DVI-D cable to support the higher res.

I tested FC4 @1920x1440 on my CRT and the same thing happened. Guess only 16:9 has proper support atm.

I am probably going to wait to up the res when the next omega version comes out. Just found out my PSU is slowly dying so there goes what money I had saved. I will get the cables to test out my theory another time after I get paid next. Playing at 1080p isn't bad IMO.

Had to go with fraps for fps, no matter what settings I tried I could not get the OSD to show.
