Sure no problem...I will update this post later.

    EDITED
Sorry for the late update, I got caught up with experimenting last night after uploading the driver so I forgot to provide the download link.
Here is the download link to the driver

    Tested Hotfix8 on my 4670 and Win 7 64 bit :

    1. The green vertical line came back with a new driver (in youtube 480p resolution) :/

    2. Performance in Hotfix 8 is better than Hotfix 7 Beta 6.
Games are running very smoothly (especially Medal of Honor Warfighter)

    Sweet

Hotfix 8 for Win8x64 Enterprise is working great! Performance is good, modern apps are working, no flash youtube problems, and firefox is ok too.
This driver is the best I have used for windows 8x64.

Thanks Dellon and Kevsamiga and others who contributed to creating this!

Sorry I did not answer your question directly, these drivers support all Desktop, Mobility and Integrated Legacy Graphic Cards starting from HD 2000 to HD 4000. Other Supported Graphic Cards would be Switchable Graphic Cards that range from HD 2000 to HD 6000, however HD 6000 Series and HD 5000 Series must be link with a legacy Graphic Card.

I will separate Windows 7 drivers Support from the Windows 8 drivers at a later date. So for now, please bear with it until then, Thanks.

Ok, Before using the latest HotFix driver place these files into your driver folder.

I put the files in and began the Hotfix 8 install and yeah the Apps have crashed but interesting that the flicker is still there so something else that was in your previous Hotfix that crashed the apps have made the flicker go away. So at least that means you don't have to crash the Apps to get it to work.:)

Also with doing some tests on the Morphologicial Filtering I have found that that enabling it on the 5000 card has the modern apps appear blurry so it's hard to make out words.

Hmm, I'm not surprise, Morphological Filtering is known to make text show up as blurry. I recommend only using it when playing games. (It will still happen but maybe the overally quality of the game will increase.

Do you remember which update you installed before the website started flickering?

No I just happened to go to TSN.ca and watched a video and immediately noticed the flickering. I can try the 11.12 mobility drivers and see if it does it there?

Ok I tried the 11.12 mobility drivers and no flickering appears. Man I've gotten used to the smooth HD flash video because the 11.12 was laggy like crazy!:)

Benchmark needs to be done in realtime to determine the actual performance of these drivers. Please use Fraps when playing games to measure or determine the actual performance of these drivers.

Thanks, Cipao, can you run some test to see if it affects opengl games? Iv'e played rage and there is little to no pop-ins when using the opengl files, so if you can confirm that the lack in HDR lighting in gpu caps viewer affects all opengl games with HDR lighting I will definitely make the necessary changes.

    Yes. That's my modified atioglxx.xml file. :)

Currently your driver has no OpenGL crossfire profiles at all...the file is blank.

Yes, I took them out for testing purpose, to see whether or not it would be a problem for crossfire users, but as you can see the experiment is still on going...
When using OpenGL on my single Gpu Graphic Card the OpenGL driver can function correctly without the profiles so.....I'm just waiting on solid results that can either confirm that this approach to OpenGL profiles work/don't work when profiles are removed.

In regards to fixing HDR lighting. This bug is not a profile bug but a driver bug so replacing it with Kev profile won't fix it. (Well, at-least not on my end)
