How to prevent RivaTuner from hooking into programs?

Here's the deal: I want to use Evolve (the virtual LAN client) but it crashes constantly. The solution at the homepage is:
Uninstall or prevent RivaTuner from hooking into EvolveClient.exe


So, I wish to know how to unhook the named .exe.

 

Are you talking about the old Rivatuner or the newer MSI Afterburner? Use AB with RTSS installed and open RTSS and make a profile (set detection level none).

 

Thank you. I suppose I have done it then. Using the MSI Afterburner. Trying now full reinstall on Evolve, if that doesn't work, I turn to Evolve forums.
