Hmm... actually this seems correct place to ask...

This may sound a bit weird, but I would like to control eDimensional wired 3D glasses manually.

Is there someone, who could tell what is happening inside the wire?

Are the wires something like "left", "right", GND and logical 1 = black & logical 0 = transparent or is the signaling something more complex?

What are the control voltages? = can I just attach the wires to LPT port for testing or do I need something more complex?

    Thank you

Never found any info on that. But it could be something like that since the eD wired ones are using a cable with 4 pins if i remember correctly. Of course they could be using only just 2 of them with a "flip" system.

These glasses have standard minijack connector = only 3 signals. They seem to operate on 5V voltage and just the way as I guessed. So now I'm happy as I managed to connect them to my system and view 3D pictures.

Now I start making the 3D drivers.
