Rendering videos with GPU

Hi all, I'm trying to find a software that renders the videos with the GPU instead CPU, Premiere CC 2017 only uses GPU for certain effects in video but not the entire video so I'm looking for a software that do this with GPU.
Any help? =)

read up on apps that use open cl or cuda....but they almost always have lower image quality

I would have look on Sony Vegas Pro which do offer that if OSX then Final Cut X is best option
