I've been tinkering around with Crimson's profiles and as such noticed a big decrease in performance. Initially I would uninstall then reinstall and poof problem is gone. However, the problem returned when again trying to create specific voltage profiles with Crimson. I began researching and found out that resetting the Cache would fix the performance degrading problem. However, for whatever reason it doesn't work. As I looked at the folders associated with AMD's cache and nothing changed. So I had to go into safe mode to remove them. This may not be a problem for you though. However, here is how you go about it in Crimson. Open up Crimson > Gaming > Global Settings In the upper right corner > Reset > Select Shader Cache Are you sure you want to clear the shader cache? Select Yes Exit Crimson and Reboot. If you were having a performance problem this should help as it has for me. But I had to go the extra steps of manually delete the cache from within AMD's sub DxCache folder (not the folder itself). Just passing this along as it helped me.
