Windows 10 Creators Update x64, latest patch level, RTSS 7.0.0beta19:

After the August updates for Windows 10 RTSS stopped working:

I have checked this tree times. Whenever this update is removed RTSS works fine and whenever Windows Update reinstalls this update RTSS won't work anymore.

I've read that there is an issue with the April update of Windows 7 but thiss seems to be new.

No, there was never an issue with April update of Windows 7. And no, you DON'T have RTSS 7.0.0 beta installed. Download and update to the latest 7.0.0 build properly, the compatibility assistant is displaying this message ONLY if it is detecting an attempt to run pre-7.0.0 build.
Thread is closed, sorry, there were many similar discussions before.
