Ooofffff all of the above would be fun, but I'd probably pick one of the Mclaren options since they're the least likely to even be seen here where I live (as a brand overall). I'd prefer a Koenesseg as the most similar type of car I'd like to test if it was an option. I'm more of a classic muscle car guy anyways... 1968-1973 Corvette Stingray being my dream car.
IMO the LP-560 will be the most fun of that list. They're all good choices, but I think the Lamborghini will suit a short track experience like that the best. It's got good power, an amazing engine note, and is a little more raw than the rest of those.
So having had a good think I've opted to go for the Lambo and the Ferrari. while the R8 and McLarens are no doubt great cars I've opted to go for cars built from passion rather than clinical precision made to go fast.
Good choice, IMO. The Italians were always good at that. Not so much making cars that lasted, but great driving experiences.
