Notebook Dual Display .. Switching Primary ?

Hi

I have a secondry monitor a 21" hooked up to my laptop , but I want to game on this monitor. But for the life of me I cant figure out how to set the 21" as Primary 1 so that games like COD2 launch on this display. It doesnt seem to work in the display properties, feature to set 21" as primary is greyed out..

Any one have any ideas...
