OSD for .bin client

Hi, I just installed RivaTuner and I want to make OSD work for my DayZ Crack (sorry, no worries I will buy it soon, I cracked it only for checking the performance ^^) but the client is a .bin file :/
I have a Launcher in .exe but don't work because it's a launcher ^^
