Is it overclocked, what voltage? Generally Haswell CPU's tend to get hot.

76 is safe, dont worry till it hits 90c. If you dont know if its overclocked, safe to say it isnt.

Hey! I have the 4760k in a setup with SLI, max temp it his in Witcher 3 is 52 degrees.

I have a air cooled block HSF with 3 case surrounding the block.

Not sure what kind of liquid cooling your using, but before this I had one of those asus all in one liquid looking units and I found the temps would climb a bit around 60 ish degrees.

If you want to decrease the temp, it sounds like you may want to consider some additional case fans or if you are overclocking consider a reduced clock.

    Cheers

my 4670k @ 4.4ghz never gets above 58'c or so. Keep in mind I de-lidded it, shaved the IHS and lapped the top of it, and reinstalled it using liquid metal compound.
