    The game has stuttering issues with 8GB RAM even after the patch..No wonder why the previous requirements recommended 16GB RAM..I hope that this issue will be fixed in the next patch.

    That's exactly what i said. First recommended system req. and 16gb of ram ware not false. Game is easily using 8GB+ after 10-15min of gameplay.

    I even have page file disabled, no problems. Also, game is using less Vram after yesterday patch. High textures are possible with 3GB Vram, game is using around 2.5GB atm.

    Here they were possible even with pre-patch :)

    This is pre-patch screen LOD distance
    [IMG]

    in cfg it says 3.60..

    How can 5-6 extra steeps make it 8.26?

    EDIT: ok nvm just set to max and yes its indeed 8.26.. Quite uberkill, I think i will keep to max 4-5 or so :)

    I don't use the MasterEffect shader file for ReShade so I attempted to mimic this with SweetFx_settings.cfg and the default shaders instead.

    I don't use MasterEffects with ReShade so I tried to make something similar with the default shaders and the SweetFX_Settings.cfg file instead.

    (The arch near the players hand is easiest to compare against.)

    sweetfx_settings.cfg

    #define USE_CA 1

    #define Chromatic_shift float2(-1.15,1.15)

    It's a small improvement at least but I don't think the effect can be truly disabled by this method but it can be lessened somewhat.

    Played a few hours of this yesterday, getting stuck out in the dark is terrifying, I don't normally play zombie games but I can see myself finishing this.

    What about audio cfg?

    I've set to aopenAL @ readonly and it still works..

    API("aOpenAL")

    MixFrequency(48000)
    Channels(126)
    Quality3D("high")
    MaxVolume(40)
    FXVolume(40)
    WaveVolume(40)
    SpeechVolume(40)
    MovieVolume(40)
    MovieVolumeSource(0)
    GlobalSettings("")
    ReverbChannels(1)

    Won a key for the game through a contest.

    I fully expected it to not run on my system, since I'm long past a need for an upgrade.
    But, at Medium settings... it actually runs pretty good.

    Idk..

    If they listened @ cpu utilization bug, then they should have with film grain and chromatic aberration too (on/off switch). Problem solved. :D

    It's because of multiplayer. People can use mods as hacks and instead of implementing something that only blocks modding in multiplayer, they block mods completely. It's a lazy solution.

    Warner Brothers' general scumbaggery and douchiness would be my guess. Techland are their slaves so they probably have no say in this.

    Their multiplayer will be dead in few weeks (asymmetrical part) . No one in co-op cares if your weapon degrades slower or has more damage. You can still achieve this with changes in memory values realtime, so it's not going to stop "cheating" or what their problem is. Co-op environment is non-competitive.
