My first time in the forum and first time overclocking a videocard so i just want to ask a question about, I did max the Core Clock and Memory Clock is that okay? http://i1112.photobucket.com/albums/k488/Frian_Abella/Untitled-2.png And i was wondering what if i change Core voltage and powerlimit? but it lock for safety reason so i did not unlock it. What if i overclock then i close the MSI afterburner, it will go back in default setting? If you have some suggestion please free to post.
Powerlimit is for 6xx series cards and you can't adjust it on yours. I recommend going into options/user interface and changing the skin to Legacy. You can also unlock voltage controls in the options but since you have maxed them out I see no reason to unless your card is crashing. Also if you check "apply overclocking at system start up" you do not have to keep AB running unless you are using a custom fan profile. Hope this helps
