Installed windows 10 pro x64 build 10240 a week ago.
    Did a clean install.
Suddenly i started experiencing fps drops in every game.
Like i play Cod Advanced warfare with maxed out settings.
I used to get a constant 60 fps in windows 8.1 and earlier but since i have installed win 10 it only gives 30 to 60.
    It keeps stuttering.
I switched of vsync and it got a little better.
Lowered down the graphics settings in game to the lowest but kept v sync on and the problem persists.
I guess its all because of vsync but i dont want to switch it off.
I have the latest nvidia drivers.
Didnt download any updates from windows updates.
Is there any fix for this...???
    Please help
Dont want to downgrade back to win 8.
    Thank you.

Those frames sound about right for that set up.

    in windows 8 and 8.1 i got a constant 60 fps.
earlier i had an 2nd gen setup but now have a 4th gen setup.
with vsync off it goes upto 90fps average and 140 fps max.
with vsync on it constantly stutters between 30 and 60 fps which i have never experienced in windows 8 series..
its all happening in windows 10.
yesterday i switched back to 8.1 and voila i am playing at 60 fps again..
