Update picture of my 1080+skylake build now with white LED Corsair memory
    Nice touch with white inserts
My Iphone is crappy at low light HD pics
IS THERE ANY WAY TO STOP THE GLOWING SOFT BLINKING LEDS on the Corsair? I want just a standard solid white. Is there no control software? Will corsair link do it?

Thats a small desk, Odellot. With all that hardware dont you think it deserves some bigger curved desk?

How to tell you're a hardcore PC gamer.....

When your monitor is (or at least looks) bigger than your TV.

Guess that wouldn't really count for me, though. Have a 47" TV behind me that only really ever gets used at night, and only really when i'm going to bed.

So I finally got round to putting a pc together. Not done it before really. I had fiddled around with a pre-built one years back.

Anyway here is a few snaps from the build.http://imgur.com/a/QEntN Really sorry about the quality, I really do need a decent camera.

All in all a fun little project. I will however be re-visiting the copper piping route for aesthetics. And would like to learn how to make my own cables. But it's an on going process i suppose. Thanks for looking.

Here is the final product. Reflecting away happily.

And here we have my camera making my build look like s***
    [IMG]

So it all seems to run ok. No leaks thankfully. I ran both Prime95 and Heaven for 20 minutes, and admittedly got bored waiting:p, but it didn't go above 57 on the CPU and i think it was 38-41 for the cards each. Cant remember exactly.:)

The build pics are in the first link.

    WOW! :eek3:

I missed the release of this case! How did I miss it? I LOVE this case!

If I can fit a 480mm at the front or top(officially unsupported) I'm buying it dammit!

    Also great cable management ChaosMinionX!

If its not too much trouble can you check the front if it might be possible to fid a 480mm rad with dimensions 517 x 124 x 60mm?

The below photo from EVGA seems to have enough space so it might be possible.

Also found a better top view from a YT video. I think its doable to fit 480mm on top too. 60mm thickness might be a problem tho..?

    Thank you.

Installed this sucker last night. Gave a pretty good fight I must say.. But I prevailed in the end. :D

I think it looks better that I thought it would.

There isnt any control software for that. Memory leds will always be in "breathing mode".

Not so good as you can see from the pic on the right above.

I tried straightening it hoping it will make a difference but havent tested it yet.

I might give another shot tomorrow. And that btw was the replacement one I got from TT.

I might ask for another one and hopefully they have fixed something until now.
