Dat Support I once needed the Support Bracket for the old C14, and they send it for free after i showed them my Invoice.
Same, when I upgraded from q6600 (pushed 3.51GHz out of it before it became unstable at ~65ºC) and X38-DS5 to i5 4690k and Z97P-D3, contacted Noctua support and they sent out the mounting kit for my ye olde NH-U12P, still does the job well with a modest overclock to 4.2GHz at a comfortable 70ºc (4.4GHz takes it to 80ºc but I don't like it at that temperature). Just goes to show, from my point of view at least at the quality of both the product and the customer service.
Noctua support rocks. Still using my NH-D14 that I got years ago on my x79 setup. When I moved to x79 - LGA 2011, I contacted them and they sent me the mounting hardware free of charge. What other HSF company does this?
I would have likely been buying from Noctua for years now if they would just stop it with the cream and brown colour scheme that they've been using forever. My cases have always had windows, I don't want to see brown and aged plastic when I look into a case. Reminds me of the inside of an old man's car. I associate those colours with feeling bored and oddly designed plastic items from the 80s. I would wager that they'd have significantly higher sales if they would change their colours to almost anything but brown/cream.
