So recently I've been having a problem where google sometimes will not be able to load on my network. It'll give me a page not found error, then 30 secs to few minutes later it will load normally. Is this a problem with my ISP that I need to complain to them about? I haven't changed anything on my end, and it affects all computers connected to my home network.

edit: I forgot to mention, it also fails to load other websites randomly, but a single refresh takes care of that problem. It is just google which fails to load for up to several minutes at a time.

When you encounter this problem do a trace to see in with hop it stops..

Open a command windows and type 'tracert <address>' with out the ''.
If it stops outside our network, call your ISP with you findings.

    Check for router firmware update.
