Why dont you ask the guy who uploaded the video? Anyway, as seen in description it's worse mod v 0.7, and probably his custom sweet fx preset
puredorian I asked him already , but no response .. I thought you here in this forum would recognize that preset or the patch and i searched or many presets , but none of them was like the video
By the way Guys, Watch Dogs Modding isnt completely dead. I did further tweaks to the colors and now I´ve got a much colder and darker overall setting, as you might have seen it in the early Demos from 2012. But still, it´s just the colors and HDR Settings from 2012. Here´s my Cinematic Playthrough with the Mod. Actually colorgrading to the game does quite nice job to the overall feel, great tweaks man, but I saw you also using custom sweet FX, so the question is, did you only tweak FX, or also made changes to the core HDR files of the game?

So I had to do this mission over and over again to know when which things would happen. You can achieve the same results by using Supersourav´s Pure E3 2012 Mod.
