I need to know if there is a way to check what are the voltage MSI Afterburner uses per power states, since MSI AB doesnt allow overclocking only wattman does, or Do I have to set the voltage manually , is there any guide what voltage difference there should be between power states"? any guide?

Slightly unsure what the question is here. However, there's no hard-set rule on what the steps should be in voltage.

The maximum state's voltage should generally be stable at the lower clocks, but if you're for instance shooting for maximum power efficiency -- you'd have to find the minimum voltage that these clocks are both stable sustained at and during state-switching. If you're overclocking and running past stock, that's going to be effectively trial and error sadly.
