How do i know if my windows app's are up2date? I just log in to store and they are updating automatically? Or they have nothing to do with the store.. Never used any of them, never used the windows store... I kinda wanna try the groove music app...but if something is out of date my OCD triggers.. Also..im using O&O ShutUp10 (disabled a lot of stuff)...there's that... Thanks.
Login to Store, click your profile photo near the search bar, then 'Downloads and updates'. It will show you what apps are installed and when they were updated; to manually check for updates there's a 'Get updates' bottom in the upper right area. The apps update automatically without opening Store.
Anyone got experience in creating custom W10 ISO? I've been considering upgrading from W7 because I plan on making a new PC build, and supposedly, some of the new hardware isn't supported on W7. Having not used W10 since the very early days, I don't claim to know too much about it. I completely agree with the article which you quoted. And the truth is, I've already prepared the bloatware free ISO from Digital life (Same as majorgeeks that I linked). And trimmed it a bit more down with the removal of Onedrive. I'm just awaiting my new hardware before I make the transition to W10.

Came back to O&O ShutUP 10 (its also updated) after a long time not using it... I have disabled almost everything.
Tip. You dont have to replace earlier versions of Win 10 to install a newer version (ie, RS2>RS3). If you have enough HD capacity you can install RS3 on another partition and keep your RS2 separate to fall back on when needed. In essence you can dual boot RS2and RS3. If you dont like RS3 for whatever reason, you can just leave it be and continue with your earlier system (RS2). Then revisit RS3 a few weeks later just to see if new updates fix whatever issues you may be having with it.

I seen this was introduced in creators update can convert system drive from mbr to gpt without data loss for system that didnt have efi boot enabled when the OS was installed and it also sets up efi boot for you. then reboot and enable it in the bios and everything is done. no need to do it manually. no more 3rd party apps needed. https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/mbr2gpt.html
