Figured I saw a guy asking if anyone has tattoos so I guess ill start my arms measure 19 3/4 inch pretty close to 20 inches when they are pumped up.That measurment ia cold with no pump. What do you guys have? I use to take Bulgarian Dianabol some of you guys will know what that is while others can speculate, Now i train natrual just drink protein but i kept alot of the gains i made on my juice days.
WAT? Must'a been hittin that stuff pretty hard, lol. Mine were 16" before I stretched a nerve too far and lost strength in my left upper body. Did that about 4 months ago and I'm still recovering. I'd say I'm at about 15" right now. That's all natural of course, I wouldn't think of hitting the juice.

But avoid buying from cheep companys at all costs.My favirot brands back in the day were EAS, Muscle-Tech, Weider, and a few others.....theres probbly new stuff out in the market now but -Ultimate Orange -that was another Great pre-workout drink but it got banned for some reason.
Opps got cut-off.Roids are no good but some of us are actually lucky to keep what we trained for all those years.I can tell you for sure durung taking it I was Curling 120 pounds in each arm, I did a 2000 pound leg press for 8 reps, on the Bench I hit close to 400 i was never a fan of bench press.The amount of Power you have on Roids is unreal, now I cant probbly do a quater of that weight! Lol
This isn't going to end well... Either way, I'll bite. My arms are titchy these days, I haven't trained in years. The ex just moved out, so I'll be getting my bench set back up in the living room again tonight! I drank a protein shake most nights when I was at uni, and I started to gain weight from it... Which I didn't think was possible! So I'm going to train with nothing but chicken, tuna and milk this time!
Currently 17.4" cold. Only got back into working out again after two years off. Bad shoulder injury broke my mindset Highest bench I achieved was 180kg(400lb) for 5 reps, at the moment I can only go up to 110kg(243lb) for 4. I like Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey protein and just get a basic 100% creatine monohydrate to go with it. Your pre-workout probably had geranium stem. That stuff was awesome and made you tingle but is now banned.
My arms are have been between 17 and 18 inch for years. If you want big arms you have to lift big weights, common sense. If i wanted to be become any bigger i would have to take steroids which i do not believe in as its cheating in my book unless your earning lots of money.

Well my friend Dorian Yates (6 times Mr Olympia) from Temple Gym which is were i train took a Mammoth amount of Steroids but hes a Multi Millionaire, has a Nice house, drives a DB9 etc. Took us all out for Nandos Chicken only 1 month back Pro Tip for ya.....Training in the house never works tbh, waste of time. Here is me btw for anyone who thinks im telling Porkies which i never do.
