In older versions somewhere in the options it'd be there and it could be disabled. It doesn't appear to be anywhere in the options in 5+ and it's becoming annoying as **** clicking decline every single time I want to install something.

Is it possible to disable this in Android 5+?

I'm booting the N4 right now. If it comes up and I can find the option you're asking about I'll give you an actual answer....

Ok....my N4 is downloading Android 5.1 right now. I can't find the option on the phone, but the link below is to Google's own instructions.

I also found this, which the second post might be accurate since I don't have the option listed at all.

It's hidden in the "Google Settings" app > Security > Verify Apps

Took me a while to find it too as it's usually in normal device security settings itself

Alright that's what threw me off. The main menu doesn't have Google Settings in it and there is a separate set of security settings. Thanks guys.

I don't know why Google does stuff like this.

Yea the Google Settings is actually an app in the app draw, that's what confused me too

Why move things around? All security settings should be in one place - No reason other than to stop people finding and disabling them
