I'm really worried about my Titans X temps, even at low games the GPU reaches more than 70C easy, and the fans are at 90% - 100% the GPU utilization is 100% also

Spacing of your Titans? Case ventilation? Overclock on the graphics cards? Method of cooling being air? Ambient temperatures in the room? A bit more detail please ;)

Sorry about the lack of information

The space between the cards are good they are not close, the cards are on air and the only oc i made was flashing the SC bios on it

The room is hot, I live in a hot country, Brazil here, I have AC in my room but it still hot, something about 25, 26C at the room, inside the cosmos 2 should be higher

Your temps sound normal for air, thats normal 70 degrees. You should count yourself lucky as 70 is low for air.

Temps sound fine. If your fans are maxing out at 70c, you could probably just make a custom fan curve to quiet them down and run at a higher temp. You'll be fine if they run well into the 80c+. Throttling doesn't even occur until 95c.

That's to be expected with the reference titan style cooler. 70c ain't too bad.

70c @ 100% load sounds pretty good to me.
I would opt for bit higher temps and lower fan speeds though.

Guys sorry for the delay to answer

    Tested here with more time

With fans 100% I'm getting likely 75/76C at F1 2015 and something like the same at Witcher 3

Even with 76C and considering that my card is overclocked am I alright?

Should I worry or just relax and enjoy the cards?

    Tks again

No harm pulling it out and giving it a blow.

    Giggety.

Raising the voltage when overclocking increases the heat exponentially. If your voltage isn't stock, reduce it back to stock. I doubt you will notice the difference in framerates.

The voltage is stock, never change it

Should i remove the OC or just realx and play my games at 75C?

    Thanks

Relax and play at 75c. My cards run at 80c. [top card],and 77c. [lower card.] while gaming, and I have the reference coolers with no overclock. My video fans run at default settings so I get a bit more heat but a LOT less noise. I much prefer quiet. 80c+ will not hurt the Titans. Have fun!
