Hey I was wondering where I could get this program? I've searched google and couldn't find anything, I see people have this in pictures but I can't find it. I need this program so I could overclock my memory a little higher as coolbits restricts me at 1600mhz. :supercool

Try Riva Tuner that can be Downloaded here from Guru3d

    Riva Tuner 16.1

Max Memory OC I can get is 800mhz before the yellow triangle comes up, I don't know where to override the limit like it says you can do.

The Yellow triangle only warns you that it is not safe to OC the card anymore but disregard it. You can disable the option

Bumped up the memory to 850 (1700) and ran FEAR, got some weird flashing and what not, then screen was blinking black everytime I would open something, just restarted and back to 700 / 1600, so what should I make the memory?

The 1700mhz on the memory is way too much for the card. Leave the card with the 1600mhz settings. You wont see a big difference between the 2 anyway. Run Ati Tool for artifacts for a 1 or 2 hours and watch the temperatures.

Yeah...check for artifacts though only and dont mess with it since you already have RivaTuner

i overclocked my video memory to much and the artifacting was terrible, coz i didnt really know how to use riva tuner, but i lowered it a little and it was all good. my card didnt seem to run hotter though which was strange, but thats probably because i didnt know its temp in game.

i find ati tool somuch easyer to clock with, as its just slide and click. no tests limiting things.
and nvhardpage for other tweeks. much less resource hungry. reva can actually reduce your scores by up to 15% by comparison to usng atitool.
