No matchmaking? That sounds a little bit strange considering the Strike missions have it. Sounds like another case of end game laziness that every MMO suffers from.
If they're anything like MMORPG-raids, i don't mind at all. Atleast in EverQuest series, one does not simply get bunch of random people and go raid. It just ends up in cluster**** that no one enjoys. They probably require certain tactics and teamwork/communication that usually does not exist in premades, unless superlucky.
At least the site with that bit of insight also sheds some light on the other Sub-classes we DIDN'T get to play in the Beta. Really liking the looks of the Blade Dancer.
http://www.dualshockers.com/2014/08...-moon-landing-with-destinys-stats-easter-egg/ Bungie pokes fun at the moon landing and lol at the walter white quote above. .
4.6m players played the beta. I swear to god, if I hear someone trying to argue that "console games get pirated too" I'm gonna burst to tears.
With the PS4 and XBONE still at early infancy stages, you won't be seeing any piracy. I remember it took at least two years for the PS3 to be modded to allow it. Sony issued a firmware update about a week later to stop people trying it.
No idea why would anyone argue that over beta that has loads of players on a system that is less then one year old. PS3 had no real piracy. X360 had some. Before that it was free for all.
What I was getting at was that while yes, there has been piracy on consoles, the fact is that big console releases sell millions of copies, no matter how quick they appear on torrents. Only blizzard can sell their games in millions on PC.
Some others can too. But yes piracy is way more prominent on pc as it is easier. And people using stupid justifications like "it has ****ty drm boo, I will download one without" . I used to pirate like longtime a go.
Hey.... you can't exactly say that piracy of a game with severely restrictive DRM has done BAD things for DRM..... look at Spore. lol
