    Why not? They probably had it working in prototypes for some time now if you think on how long it took TSMC's 20/16nm to arrive. You also need this to be operating sooner 'cause the HPC market has a lot of inertia and it needs the tools for the new chip a year or more prior to that chip's launch.

    As if there is someone on Guru3D running 32 bit OS ;)

    I'd understand Pascal but Volta is like 3 years away minimum.

    I don't think so. Volta should launch in 2017. It's quite possible that it may launch for HPC markets in 2016 even.

    But...nVidia has never launched a product that lasts like...less than one year before right?

    They never were that long on a one production process either. The market is changing. It's quite possible that Volta isn't as far away as people think.
