The trailer confirms everything we thought we knew about the game. It'll be released on October 29 for the PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 with PC, PS4 and other 'next-generation console' versions coming ... Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Trailer
Wow, i just finished the 3rd few months ago.... So basically they are releasing a new chapter every year now? Sounds good, but i'm not convinced much. What's the catch?
Why do I feel like the ship sequence from Assassin's Creed 3 got them thinking "hey, pirates! Yeah, let's do ****ing pirates next!" I played the first one but never beat it. Skipped the second and was given the 3rd for free from a friend buying a graphics card. They're fun for their glitches and bugs but I'll never see how these replaced the Prince of Persia games.
I can't wait for AC4, although I wish the dlc for AC3 would have been the missing colonial cities of Philadelphia, Newport, Charlestown, and Williamsburgh. The PC version won't be released until December 31, according to Amazon.
^Agreed the second one was by far the best so far in the franchise I need to finish AC3 as this trailer looks interesting.
There are many Pirate games out there, but there exists virtually none with any ounce of realism. Pretty much all of them are the romanticized version of pirates. It will be good to have a game with a realistic and grittier atmosphere.
