    Hello,
first: sorry about my English, it isn't the best, I'm still learning it. But I hope you will understand me.
    My Problem:
    I have a new computer with 2 gtx 560 3GB SLI and an AMD fx 8120 @4.0Ghz
Games like MW3, Skyrim(with HD-texture-packs) or even Witcher 2 with Graphics settings on "very high" run smoothly at 60fps. But Games like Anno 2070, Total War Shogun 2 are unplayable.
I heard, that these games don't run well at multi-GPU-Systems so I've taken out the 2nd GTX 560, but the performance didn't Improve.
I have the latest drivers, updates...
the temperatures are ok. (between 50 and 85 degree)
My question is: What can I do that these games have more fps and run more smoothly?
    Thanks for the answers. :)

Never heard of 560ti 3gb cards can you post a gpuz? Some of the games you are playing are CPU limited and that is probably because of your cpu

you have a tremendous memory bandwidth problem on those cards. and being 192 bit isnt helping any. you only have 192 shaders too, cut down big time from a regular 560
heres a gpuz of my cards I have almost 10x the memory bandwidth

Your GTX 560's are VERY weird. I guess it's an OEM model or something..

    A "normal" GTX 560 HERE.

Notice the difference with your cards. The memory bandwidth is damn ****ing bad to begin with (with some DDR3 instead of GDDR5, and 192 bit bus instead of 256 bit), plus you have almost two times less SPs than a regular 560, etc.

I think the main problem is the memory bandwidth. With ~50GB/s in SLi, such games won't ever be able to run correctly, even in low resolution.

Damn, you have less bandwidth in SLi than a single 2007's Geforce 8800GT !

The best and probable only way to play these games would be to get the regular GTX 560. I guess it would run much better overall than your SLi anyway.

    LOL is that correct reading?

    GF114, 192 Cuda Cores, 3072MB DDR3, 25.6 GB/s

    What abomination is that?

Well the card has shader, ROP, and texture count of GTX 550 Ti, but with DDR3

What does it say in your invoice? What GPU have you bought

just one card is 161.60 Euro(=210 Dollar)
    two card 420 Dollar...
At the invoice is written "point of view Geforce GTX560, 3072MB, DDR, PCIe DVi VGA
Can it be that the company made a mistake?
