Figured I'd do something different here.. How many have you went ragemode on a specific pair of headphones? Well, I have, Sennheiser HD555. ..As much as I love the damn things, they've been through hell and back. They have the usual breaks where they move, like all of them get. Doesn't affect them in any way, just visually. I snapped one side in half. Yes, I fixed them and they still feel like new and clamp just as tight. Well, new for used, because they need new pads. My nephew tripped over the cord and pulled them off my head, yet another break and fix. While fixing one of the breaks, the wire broke from its solder point. ..Annoying to maneuver them with a connected speaker and hold **** together. I now call them frankencans. I guess you could also call this a shout out to Sennheiser for making great headphones. Seven years of abuse, breaks and fixing, they still manage to sound superb and please me.
