whenever I run Afterburner and apply settings it throttles my card to a lower gpu and memory clock. without afterburner running my card throttles down to 400mhz Gpu and 1000mhz memory. with afterburner turned on (to any setting change) it clocks down to 157mhz GPU 300mhz memory. At those low clocks the card is unstable. how can I change the minimum frequency that it throttles the card to? the download link for the manual doesn't work at the moment? I am using AMD Overdrive to give me the GPU Clock info. HIS HD5830 catalyst ver 12.6 Afterburner V 2.2.3 OverDrive Ver ?doesnt say...latest version as of 3 days ago. (when I installed my drivers there was an Overdrive section in the Vision Engine Control Center (why its not catalyst control center I dunno)...but it wont let me click on that overdrive section....even though it says its enabled)
