There's a slew of tools to use as well, sheets, drive, docs, slides, can information can be imported and exported to and from a SQL server. All these services can be used on any device as well, and just requires Google Chrome. Office 365 is about the same for this but considering the integration Office 365 has in Windows seeing they're both Microsoft products, as well as an app for Android, iOS, and MacOS that can integrate the data on the device as well it's also not a bad choice.
