As prior to the to the patched of Warcraft III v1.27.17085 the mouse pointer (gauntlet hand) has been replaced by a crosshair pointer from Warcraft III as well... I'm using Windows 10 version 1703 (OS Build 15063.413) with RTSS from MSI Afterburner 430 before and right now MSI Afterburner 440beta12... I got a 2 PCs with different builds and a laptop, with the same Windows Version, MSI Afterburner and RTSS, so I won't give the Hardware builds, since I guess this is a generic problem...
