This download doesn't give out LTSB unfortunately, the only enterprise ISOs it gives are Insiders from what I can see The Home ISOs are just the normal named ones, "Windows 10 Threshold 1/2" they contain both Home and Pro For LTSB, it's a trip to MDL or WZor
Don't use it then, WZor and friends are Russian All ISOs are MS originals, direct from MS, hash check them if you're a tin foiler
