Metal Gear Solid 5 confirmed for PC

Anyone who has never played Red Dead Redemption has missed one of the best games ever made by Rockstar. I still love & play it. And it looks like 720p / 25fps at times

 

It's not about which system has the most exclusives.
It's about the fact that as a gamer, you should embrace as much as possible.

There's nothing wrong with having a primary platform. The system that you prefer to play on.
But, there are other games out there. Brilliant ones that will never appear on all platforms. It can be one game, or many.

Other posters in this thread are right, by choosing to ignore all console releases you're horribly limiting yourself.
Taking away your ability to play and experience some great games. Some that are better then a lot of what it available on PC.

It's worth getting a PS3 just to play The Last of Us. The Uncharted series. God of War series.

Oh yeah, Gears of War is on PC... yay. Too bad it's the worst game in the series, and the two MUCH better sequels are only available on the 360.
And yeah, you're posting in a thread about a game that's a sequel to a console exclusive series.

We're gamers. We should be embracing games, on all platforms of any kind. Instead, you're coming across like some elitist snob who thinks people suggesting non PC games will taint your reputation or something.

 

Is it possible to emulate The Twilight Princess? the Wii version?

Yes, easily.

You'll need a wii remote and nunchuck though, can get them cheap from amazon probably.

I guess it would be possible to play the wii version with a controller, might be awkward to aim though, best bet in that case would be to play the gamecube version

Yep, in that case it's really easy.

Get a hold of the emulator

Then put your twilight princess dvd into your disc drive, and boot from disc.

Not that difficult to connect the controller either, need a bluetooth dongle, and then just set up high resolution and other enhancements

Stefanie Joosten has one hell of a voice. I wonder if we'll get to hear any of that in game with her character. Also that trailer is starting to hit home with me, this might be the last big metal gear for a long long time.

 

Kojima is a genius. Holy crap, has it really been 7 years since MGS IV? Still the most mind blowing game, nothing has even come close since, MGS V will make TW3 look like a silly crayon drawn open world nonsense with no story.

Oh I so can't wait.

Hmmm... Just pre-ordered it. Film was good. The game will flop imo haha. I wouldn't really mention it in the same breath as MGS

Anyway, MGS V will eat away at my gaming time, 95%. Diablo 3 2.3.0 and WoW will cover the other 4%. Mad Max will get the remaining 1%
