Im getting interested by the whole game play recording and streaming it on twitch. So i tried last night but it seems to stream isnt as smooth as i would like it to be. I did some digging around and found out that some people use streaming? cards or even second PC? cant anybody set me in a right direction here?

I tried OBS so far. But it affected my performance and live feed was jerky. or do i need to upgrade my system for smooth streaming.

P.S not sure if its in the right section, move if needed

Twitch has a pretty good info page which covers this and the hardware & software supported.

The best channels I've seen are the ones with picture-in-picture, and good lighting :)

Ah cool, thanks i will have a look! Should look better next time.

Yea i saw tutorial how to set it up picture-in-picture, but it would probably kill my performance completely! I saw few tutorials but it was still laggy!
