I was running 4.11 and it was reading my amount of VRAM properly but later it just stopped and said I have 3GB instead of 4. So I just got version 4.2.0 and it still says I have 3GB. I tried GPU-Z and that says its at 4 same with Windows itself. So it has to be a bug on MSI's part.

For reference my card is a AMD R9 290

You need to increase the maximum limit to 4GB in the monitoring tab. VRAM defaults to 3GB
