strange power problem

just noticed something that want happening

when i turn off my pc even with shot down bottom the pc shot down then if i touch any button
on my keyboard it start again??? giving me critical error messages about shutting down improperly
and windows failed to start start after i start

 

i dont know where are those

i didnt noticed it before or it was not active . i dont know what triggered it in that case

there is a lot of cases with fast start up on google . windows 8.1 has a lot of power failure problems i had the restart instead of shut down problem
and this one .
