hey guys i just bought a kingston hyperx 120 gig ssd with on the box saying read speeds of 555mbs and write speeds of 510mbs.
but the speeds on the crystaldisk mark does not reflect on the read and write speeds of the advertised speeds am i doing something wrong?[IMG]

They test it on a SSD with no OS on it, speeds are normal

crystal disk mark uses uncompressable data to run the test, thats why the scores are so low. atto uses compressable data for the test, hence the higer scores.

    OK....

    Just so you know..

The big numbers you read are almosy always from "atto" not crystal mark, hd tac....

Your numbers from atto seem perfect to me.

Raid 2 togather in raid 0 and watch it fly.

Raid 4 togather in a raid 0 and watch your jaw bounce off the floor!

(for full performance, you "may" have to get a pci-e raid card for 2 or more ssd's.)"
