Here's the rig i modded for the kiDs after i smoked my NB. . .don't think it was all my fauLt as the M3A32 has a history of Burnin' up. The SSD and LightScribe SATA DVD i ordered for my rig, and my 5870 wound up here. Never found the s/w to enabLe LiteScrib, and when i tried to disassemble the 5870 i got spooked at the fOrce it takes to remove the factory cover w/ fan. . so i Left it stocK with the fan at Like 60%. But, i used skatebOard wheeLs (heheh) to raise the case up enough to add a fan at the bottom and even sanded & painted the inside for aLL the right reasons. i used an uLtRaMD3 for fan controL & card reader, & i did spend time on cabLe mgnt. it's still just a Box, but my kids don't mind and it Let's my big girL hunt coupons & pLay Texas HoLd'Em just fine. BTW, since my rig is down, i hooked up my Asus 24" monitor to the 5870 so they have duaL dispLays. This is what i pLayed BioShock2-FaLL of Rapture on untiL about Nov. of Last year. . air cooLed & stiLL goin' strong!

My rig is not about lights or fans,, its about a simple box with no see thru plastic door,, All closed up and silent, very silent like a MAC box and using my DAW. Thanks
