Currently have two AMD Radeon HD 7870 GFX cards Cross fired.

I am just curious if I am running the right Catalyst Control drivers for my cards?

    Currently have version 13-4_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql installed.

Yet I see other versions available on the AMD site :3eyes: like
    14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql

I just would like to know if I have the right drivers for my GPU chipset :)

    I am running Windows 7 Ultimate X64

    Thanx in advance

It is still here I can see your post.

    Firstly,

    Download DDUDownload here

Then download the latest beta drivers 14.6 June 2nd Download here

Now, load up DDU. It will ask for you to reboot in safe mode, DO THIS!!! Once in safe mode in DDU select "CLEAN AND RESTART" DDU will uninstall your drivers for you and reboot back into normal mode for you as well.

Now in normal windows mode, you can run 14.6 beta and install your new drivers.

Make sure to select custom install and uncheck "AMD Gaming Evolved" app as that is not needed.

    Hope this helps.

That's very nice of you :)

One thing I've noticed is, the driver link you referred me too is a split installer, not a complete installer

Here are the files I downloaded

Do I keep the files in a separate location on my C:/Drive?

Or could I just delete them after install?

    Thanx for your referral :)

I don't know why the AMD site official site would direct me to the 13-4_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql drivers for my cards, especially if they are outdated.

    Will try these :)

It looks like everything is in the folder. Just double click on the Setup icon to run the installer. It's all split like that because the installer uses those files during installation. Once you have successfully completed the installation, you can safely delete everything shown in the screenshot.
