Tested it in the shop and was blown away by the picture quality - read a few reviews online (always check trustedreviews.com) and they seem to be gobsmacked with it First time i have properly seen 3d as well, and i was impressed Hoping that XBMC can play 3d movies... Couldn't believe how HUGE it is compared to my current Samsung 55"!
XBMC can play 3D Movies encoded in SBS format and dedicated 2-D BluRay discs (e.g will play the DTS-MA and Dolby TrueHD natively). PM me for more info if you want because it's a hacked version of the software that allows this. I don't know how it handles 3D Bluray movies as I don't have a 3D setup. EDIT: BTW nice location...you into cars or bikes?
Cars! I had a 1998 BMW M3 Evolution (321bhp) but now have an Mercedes C32 AMG Thirsty car though and fuel is around the most expensive in the UK here! Yeah any tips you can give me on XBMC would be great, i am really hoping to be able to just select a 3D movie and have it start I'm running an Eden nightly build and currently getting DTS-HD and TrueHD bitstreaming to my amp fine, it's just the 3d that seems to be an issue They are stuttering very badly. I wondered if it was my video card...
