I am having some really annoying issues. Ok so I have one monitor plugged into my intel gpu and my main monitor on my 290x but for some reason whenever I have anything up on my second monitor like a webpage...video...I get massive fps drops in pretty much any game i'm playing and it's frigging annoying. I watch tv on my pc so I always have youtube or cable tv channels playing the the second monitor but I can't do it since I swapped my 680 for 290x because for some reason performance takes a mega dump when I do this now.
