Since a number of people have reported problems with 9500 conversion, I would like to see WHAT BRAND 9500 people used and got succesful 9500 to Firegl x1 or 9500 to 9700 Pro conversions.

    Cheers

Connect 3d 9500 same story no problems for both patches.

And BTW its 9500 to 9700 after that its a overclocking thing that makes it a 9700 pro.
I clock at 300/300 and don't go further maybe it is possible but there's no need at this moment at all

Overclockability is not the same for same card types, increase in 10 MHz steps until you reach unstable area and draw back about 20 MHz from that value where your system went unstable, there you go with your best setting. But remember that overclocking will shorten life of your hardware.

Thats true. I got small white pionts at 391.5/310 and went back to 371. Now im preparin` some heatsinks for memory and rear side GPU, may be this can help.

sapphire 97k nonpro to X1 was no problem here .)
works like butter .... and all software runs like hell

and the sapphire 97k is very cheap ... only 290 euros here, so its a great deal !!
