35% Fan speed limitation

    Good day!
    There is a lower fan speed limit to 35%. The card is asus GTS 250.

    In RivaTuner I can change RivaTuner \ Fan \ MinFanSpeedLimit to 10 or any desired value and use low-level fan control then.

    Anybody know of a way to remove the lower threshold?

    The fan speed control limit is controlled by the BIOS.

    But I able to use low-level non-driver riva-tuner fan control on the same v-card, without any bios hacking.

    Because fan duty base on PWM control.
    The fan have min start voltage.
    So BIOS limit min fan duty.
