Is there any reason when my 7950 clocks up to 3d speeds that Afterburner reports something different then GPU-Z and HWInfo64?

Basically when it clocks up, Afterburner reports my GPU Voltage as 1.168 and GPU-Z and HWInfo64 report it as 1.130 (give or take a little, it does flucate).

When it is at the 2d clock speed, they all agree on a 0.803/6 values.

Afterburner has alway agreed with what I have my card set to in TRIXX, so I never thought to check. But I decided to this time with the new 12.8 drivers. When I did I noticed the difference in the reported values.

I have pretty much a duplicate thread in the ATI Driver sub-forum, but I thought I would go the to the horses mouth and see if this is normal.

Is this another side-effect of AMD's new driver path?

I did notice that the difference is pretty much a 0.03+- difference between the programs when I changed my overclock voltage.

For example, set the overclock voltage to 1.149, then Afterburner reports 1.149 when gaming and GPU-Z and HWInfo64 report a value centered around 1.120

    Weird.
