Why do we do this with the Quadro, Cuda, etc drivers? Its safe to assume that they don't release these specialized drivers for general gaming. So we shouldn't expect any performance gains.

Gained 10fps on min in Black ops 3. Witcher 2 fps goes up by 89, previously `80 tops. I copied over profiles guys. This is real wonder driver!
