Did they fix the brightness menu where it said "adjust your tv" or something like that? lol

That's not even using parallax (Or rather PoM) is it?
(I never saw any object using parallax occlusion mapping in the beta either, from what I know at least, some deformation on certain objects might have used some small amount of it to show dents come to think of it.)

 

Thats ridiculous. They use to be the benchmark in graphics.

 

It can't be that bad, and the original Crysis had its own share of low res textures, even Metro2033 had a few too.

Noticed that DX11 is back on the Nvidia Crysis 2 page, so guess i was correct about them controlling the DX11 side of things.

just got home with a new copy of the game. installing right now, ill post my toughts in a while.

 

First acheivment on 360 is "Can it run Crysis?". LAME.

first impression. after installing launching the game hit me in the face with patch v1.1

 

Hell ya! I am dling now.. only bad thing is I have to work today. PLus side, my kids and gf are going to her moms tonight! YA!!

 

Apparently that patch is not even the DX11 one (if same patch review sites got)!

the game looks exactly like what the leaked beta looked like. the console commands dont seem to be working for me. displayinfo ect... nothing works
and sli seems not to be working either but not sure cause i cant chek without console command.

 

The game is getting top scores all over the WEB ... ;0)

This is gonna be one hell of a ride ... ;0)

But they said that the difference between PC and consoles are not that big, so i think that means that it ships with no DX 11 ...

But who cares ITS gonna look stunning on PC anyways ;0)
